How do I track the status of my orders?
Upon confirmation of your orders, the Seller will email you a notification and invoice containing the details of your orders with a parcel tracking number and a link to the courier provider website to track the shipping & delivery status of your parcel.
How do I report a problem with an order?
Haven’t received your order or something wasn’t as it was described? First, contact the Seller. They will be able to assist you. If not, then open a case to YDJ by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp +6013 3918 278 with details of your order(s), date of your order(s), product name and Seller's shop name you made the order(s) from.
What if I want to return the purchased product?
Our Sellers are committed to providing you quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased, you may notify the Seller. Refunds can be issued by the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the return.
